CBDWellnessIQ ships all orders through FedEx, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
CBDWellnessIQ offers free 2 to 3 day shipping, through FedEx, for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.
CBDWellnessIQ can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box, we can ship your order via FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
WellnessIQ can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders.

Please contact our customer service rick.anson@livewellwater.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.
Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking.
FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at rick.anson@livewellwater.com to start a FedEx trace. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of CBDWellnessIQ.

If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your CBDWellnessIQ order to your nearest FedEx shipping location. If you purchased a CBDWellnessIQ product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.
